You've spent years leading others. What might you discover beyond what you already know?
Join an immersive leadership adventure and mission tour on horseback, for leaders ready to grow, refuel, and step outside the familiar.
You've built. Led. Made difficult decisions. Carried responsibility. Created meaningful results.
But leaders who keep growing don't spend their lives doing only what they already know they can do.
Sometimes you need to get away from the meetings, responsibilities, notifications, and expectations — and challenge yourself in a completely different environment.
Physical challenges, incredible landscapes, long stretches away from the noise, fireside conversations, laughter, reflection, history — and the kind of connection that happens when leaders experience something real together.
This isn't about fixing yourself. It's about finding your edge — and riding beyond it.

Founder of Fierce Leadership Adventures | Creator of Fear to Fierce™
Some people teach courage. Carla Puentes has lived what it means to find it when everything familiar falls away.
When the life she had spent years building took an unexpected turn, Carla found the courage to begin again. Rebuilding her life led to questions that still shape her work: Who am I beyond my familiar roles? What am I capable of? What becomes possible when fear no longer makes my decisions?
For more than 25 years, Carla has helped people confront fears and limiting beliefs. Her approach is direct, intuitive and deeply personal, grounded in one conviction: Fear is not the enemy. Allowing it to determine the direction of your life is.
Through Fierce Leadership Adventures, she invites accomplished leaders into real-world experiences that challenge familiar limits, create connection and open space for discovery.
“Your greatest accomplishments may have brought you here. But they don't have to define how far you can go.”
Discover what you're truly capable of. Then have the courage to live it.
Fly into and out of Loreto, Mexico. Flights are not included.
Comfortable sleeping accommodations are provided in Loreto—including the optional December 2 early-arrival night—as well as in Comondú and San Javier. On camping nights along the route, bring your own tent and a small sleeping bag for bedding. You are also responsible for your own day-to-day essentials, such as shampoo and soap.

This ride follows the Jesuit mission trail of central Baja. Loreto, founded in 1697, was the first successful mission in Baja California, and the missionaries pushed inland from there. In 1699, Father Francisco María Piccolo crossed the Sierra de la Giganta on horseback with Cochimí guides and a small group of soldiers to found San Javier. San José de Comondú followed in 1708. In country this dry, they had to move sites to find water, and they kept going. The stone church at San Javier, built between 1744 and 1758, still stands and is still in use. That is what determination and courage can build.
As you ride the same kind of country, you'll find out what you're willing to commit to, and what that commitment asks of you.

Throughout the adventure, you'll use the Fear-to-Fierce™ Breakthrough System to recognize how fear shows up when you're pushing into your next level.
Your fear patterns, and how they show up as hesitation, control, over-striving, self-doubt and more.
The signal: what that fear has been protecting.
Turn fear into forward movement with your own way of responding differently at your next edge.
When the riding is done, we gather by the fire with other business owners, entrepreneurs and executives who understand what it means to carry responsibility. Some nights, you'll sleep in the tent you bring, under a sky far from city lights.
No horse experience? That's okay. Before the expedition, you'll learn and practice at San Juanico Beach on the Pacific.
Fly in December 2 to join the optional Sea of Cortez excursion and private beach day on December 3. No extra charge.
Flights to and from Loreto are not included. You are responsible for your own day-to-day essentials, such as shampoo and soap, and for a small sleeping bag for your tent.
